Principle was selected by BMW to manage the rollout of its new Future Retail showroom identity, one of the largest brand implementation projects ever undertaken.

The goal of the program is the creation of consistent brand standards at a global network of 5,000 BMW, MINI and BMWi franchised retailers, including 350 in the US.

Principle was chosen for the 5-year contract due to our experience of working in partnership with some of the world’s leading brands and track record of delivering complex multinational projects.

The program involves the implementation of a uniform look across the prestige car manufacturer’s retail network, complete with digital signage, furniture, marketing communications and virtual product presentations.

It requires our project managers to work closely with BMW’s corporate headquarters in Munich, Germany and its National Sales Company in each region of the world.

We also manage the change process at each franchised retailer, making sure the branding elements are manufactured correctly and that the installation is completed with the minimum of disruption.

The end result is a consistent approach that improves the customer experience and has been proven to deliver sales growth for BMW and its retailers.
